Store Policies

Thank you for your interest in shopping with us! Your support is sincerely appreciated. 


SHIPPING POLICY (We ship Worldwide)

Please note that processing may take 5-7 business days (Business Days are Monday - Friday excluding Holidays) before your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. 

Once your package is shipped, please be advised that the only information available to us is the same information you can see on the mail carriers website. Once your package leaves our facility and you are provided with a tracking number, please reference the tracking information on the mail carriers website or contact the mail carriers if you have questions regarding delivery date. If your package is stolen or lost, please contact the mail carrier and file a claim as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should the mail carrier require any information from us, we are more than happy to assist!


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please be advised that all international orders will be shipped via USPS. Once your order is shipped, please note that USPS provides limited tracking updates once your package leaves the U.S. Typically, tracking information will update when your local customs office is in receipt of your package. Please be advised that some countries charge customs fees. The amount that may be charged is unknown to us and we are also not responsible for any customs fees charged. Once your local customs office is in receipt of your package, if a customs fee is due, they typically mail you a payment slip. 


PACKAGES RETURNED TO US (RTS)

Please note that if your package is returned to us, you will be required to pay the reshipment fee to resend your package.

DAMAGE PACKAGES

If you receive your package and your item(s) are damaged, please contact us via email within 48hours of the delivery date and time. Please include your full name, order number and photos of the damaged item(s). 



RETURN & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of the items we sell and as a result of the current health crisis namely COVID-19, all sales are final and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 


ORDER CANCELATION

Please be advised that cancelation is allowed for only 48hours after your order was submitted.
